What is the Boundary Baseline Test?

This boundary test is a quick assessment that will help you understand where you stand when it comes to setting boundaries. Answer a couple of quick questions, count your answers, and find out the result – are boundaries something you need to work on or are you a boundary master?

How does this boundary test work?

Easy! Once you download the free boundary test, you can either print it or just open it on your device. In the test, you get 10 statements about boundaries. You score each statement on a scale of 1 to 3. Done? Count the points & read the result that corresponds with your outcome.
