DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. If the item will be restocked, you may also choose to postpone delivery until that time.

2. Delivery Location

We attempt to offer our products to as many locations as possible. Due to shipping constraints it is possible that shipment in your location is not yet possible. Please let uw know if this is the case, we will investigate the possibility to add your location.

3. Delivery Time

We ship from the Netherlands and delivery times depend on your country.

Within the Netherlands, we generally ship within 24 hours (business days only), which means you can expect a package within 2-3 business days.

Outside of the Netherlands, delivery times can be up to 15 business days. Please allow for any delays that may be caused by COVID-19.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

5. Local pick-up

If you choose local pick-up, there are no shipping costs. You can pick up your cards on Mondays and Thursdays between 08:00 and 14:00. It’s also possible to pick up the cards outside of these hours. In that case, please send us a message at orders@odderbeing.com.  

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at orders@odderbeing.com.

7. Returns

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You need to inform us prior to returning the item. Please contact us at returns@odderbeing.com.
Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do refund the shipping costs you paid for having the item delivered to you.

8. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your original payment method.
