Delivery
How much is shipping?
For orders over €60 (or €30 if you’re based in the Netherlands), shipping is free of charge*.
For orders below this amount, the shipping fees depend on your country and the products you’ve ordered. You can check them in your cart before confirming your order.
*Please note that all orders are shipped from the EU. This means you won’t have customs charges within the EU. Outside of the EU, your country’s customs office can tell you more about any extra charges.
When can I expect my order?
With the exception of pre-orders (see below), we ship all orders on the next business day.
In the Netherlands and Germany, you’ll usually get your order 1-2 days later.
For other countries, we ship with the national mail (meaning you’ll likely receive the package from your national carrier). In Europe/UK the average delivery time is 5-8 business days. Outside of Europe, the delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks.
* If one of the items you ordered is a pre-order we’ll ship the entire order once the item is available.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries, as long as our carriers deliver there.
If we can’t ship to your country, please check out the print-at-home versions of our products!

Why is my shipping so expensive?
We always ship with Track & Trace so we can be sure your deck is delivered properly. We work with different delivery companies to offer you the best possible price while making sure you get your cards as soon as possible.
We don’t have bulk discounts Amazon and other huge webshops get. This means we are charged more by delivery companies.
We recently started offering FREE shipping on all orders over €30 in the Netherlands or over €60 around the world. Why not grab an extra deck or two to save on shipping and stock up on fun presents for friends?

Are you planning to add the cards in more languages?
Right now, the physical cards are only available in English (with the exception of a few decks which are also available in Dutch). We’re working on adding more languages for the digital editions. Some languages we’re working on are French, German, Spanish, and Dutch. If you need a card deck in one of these or other languages, please let us know and we’ll try to make it happen!
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support a whole bunch of payment methods, depending on your country. Some options include payment by card, bank, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
If you’d like to order but don’t have access to one of these options, please shoot us a message.
Refund
I changed my mind. How can I return the items?
Awh, we’re sorry to hear that!
Just shoot us a message within 2 weeks at returns@odderbeing.com and we’ll let you know where to ship your return.
While we’ll fully refund your item or order price, unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs you make to return the product to us.
