What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €60 (or €30 if you’re based in the Netherlands) there are no shipping costs.

Below this, you can calculate the costs in your cart based on your country and the items you ordered.

When can I expect my order?

We ship all orders within 48 hours (on business days)*.

In the Netherlands, we generally ship with DPD or DHL. Outside of the holiday season, this usually takes 1-2 days.

Outside of the Netherlands, we ship with the national mail (meaning you’ll likely receive the package from your national carrier). In Europe/UK the average delivery time is 5-8 business days. Outside of Europe, the delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks.

* If one of the items you ordered is a pre-order we’ll ship the entire order once the item is available.
A few times a year, we’re on a holiday & deviate from our regular shipping times. If this is the case, we’ll let you know. Please keep an eye out on the store notifications!

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries, as long as our carrier delivers there.

If for some weird reason your country is not on the shipping list, also drop us a line and we’ll check the options!

My shipment was damaged!

Why is my shipping so expensive?

We always ship with Track & Trace so we can be sure you receive your decks. We work with different delivery companies to offer you the best possible price while making sure you get your cards as soon as possible.

We don’t have bulk discounts Amazon and other huge webshops get. This means we are charged more by delivery companies.

We recently started offering FREE shipping on all orders over €30 in the Netherlands or over €60 around the world. Why not grab an extra deck or two to save on shipping and stock up on fun presents for friends?



How can I pay?

We currently support iDeal, PayPal, and Creditcards.

If you’d like to order but don’t have access to one of these options, please shoot us a message.


I changed my mind. How can I return the items?

Awh, we’re sorry to hear that!

Just shoot us a message within 2 weeks at and we’ll let you know where to ship your return.

While we’ll fully refund your item or order price, unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs you make to return the product to us.

Other questions and requests

Can I order a deck as a gift?


Within the EU, just let us know and we’ll do our best to add a nice gift wrapping!

Unfortunately we’re unable to wrap orders for shipments outside of the EU because of customs’ regulations.


Can I get a bulk discount?
