How can I pay?
We currently support multiple options, such as PayPal, iDeal and direct bank transfer. We’re expanding that range as we speak!
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries (or all that we know off, anyway). Unfortunately we currently have high shipping costs for anything outside of the Netherlands. This is solely due to the carrier costs and we’re working on that.
If you’re held back by shipping costs, please drop us a line on firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re working on partnerships based on interest from other countries!
If for some weird reason your country is not on the shipping list, also drop us a line and we’ll try to fix that!
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on your country / region. You can calculate them in your cart.
We calculate the shipping costs based on the carrier fees and your order quantity. Unfortunately, this leaves us with high costs for many countries abroad.
We’re currently working on partnerships to reduce shipping costs for the USA, so stay tuned!
When can I expect my order?
We try to ship every order within 24 hours (business days). Afterwards, it’s out of our hands. Within the Netherlands it will usually take 1-2 days. Outside of the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 2-12 business days (2-5 for countries closer to the Netherlands, 10-12 when you’re on the other side of the world).
When and where can I pick up my cards?
If you’ve chosen local pick-up you can pick up your cards every Monday and Thursday between 08:00 and 14:00.

The order was damaged!

I changed my mind. How can I return the items?
Awh, we’re sorry to hear that!
You can let us know through email@example.com and return the order in original packaging within 14 days (based on a sending receipt issued by your selected carrier or – if you don’t have one – the moment we get the cards).
In order to get a refund the product has to be in original state, unused, stil in its packaging (including film wrap).
The shipping costs to get the product back to us are paid by you and are non-refundable.
