What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on your country / region. You can calculate them in your cart.

We calculate the shipping costs based on the carrier fees and your order quantity. Unfortunately, this leaves us with higher costs for many countries abroad.

When can I expect my order?

We try to ship every order within 48 hours (on business days). Afterwards, it’s out of our hands.

In the Netherlands, we generally ship with DPD or DHL. Outside of the holiday season, this usually takes 1-2 days.

Outside of the Netherlands, we ship with the national mail (meaning you’ll likely receive the package from your national carrier. In Europe/UK the average delivery time is 5-8 business days. Outside of Europe, the delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks). 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries (or all that we know off, anyway). 

If for some weird reason your country is not on the shipping list, also drop us a line and we’ll try to fix that!

When and where can I pick up my cards?

If you’ve chosen local pick-up in Zwolle (the Netherlands), you can contact us on to schedule a timeslot.

The order was damaged!

Oh no! We’re very sorry to hear that. Please reach out to and we will try to fix it as well as we can!

Why is my shipping so expensive?

We always ship with Track & Trace so we can be sure you receive your decks. We work with different delivery companies to offer you the best possible price while making sure you get your cards as soon as possible.

We don’t have bulk discounts Amazon and other huge webshops get. This means we are charged the full price by delivery companies.

Individual sales leave us with small margins, so we unfortunately can’t afford to offer free shipping (though we incidentally offer free shipping promotions for orders within the Netherlands).



How can I pay?

We currently support multiple options, such as iDeal, PayPal, and Creditcards.


I changed my mind. How can I return the items?

Awh, we’re sorry to hear that!

You can let us know through and return the order in original packaging within 14 days (based on a sending receipt issued by your selected carrier or – if you don’t have one – the moment we get the cards).

In order to get a refund the product has to be in original state, unused, stil in its packaging (including film wrap).

The shipping costs to get the product back to us are paid by you and are non-refundable.
