The order form isn't working
Oh no! Sometimes, you may get an error because there’s a checkbox missing or a whitespace in a field where one isn’t allowed. If you think the problem is on our side, please send us a message with your information and the items you’d like to order and we’ll create a manual order and payment link.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands (so the European Union). Any digital files can be downloaded straight away!
How do I download my digital files?
In the confirmation email, you’ve received download links for your digital files. If you run into any problems, please shoot us a message – we’re here to help!
I never got my order
We’re so sorry to hear that!
All orders outside the Netherlands are shipped with the Dutch local carrier and then transferred to your local carrier. Once we ship your order, you receive an email with a tracking code.
If you’re worried your order got stuck on the way or if the tracking code info reads you should have received the order but you haven’t – please let us know, we’ll work with you and our carrier to resolve this!
